Take a breath
Once you've shared that with me, I'll take a deep dive into your Gene Keys profile and start allowing the new narrative to take shape in my mind before I sit down to record your journey. Meanwhile, relax and get excited about what's on its way!
Make space
The recording itself will be at least 70 minutes long, and I recommend setting aside 2hrs the first time you watch it so you have the time & space to soak it in, journal etc. You'll likely want to return to it many times, however, as there's a LOT to absorb.
