Meet Rebecca

When I first met Rebecca…
…the first thing I noticed was that despite all the content available on her Instagram account, I wasn’t quite sure who she was. There seemed to be a disconnect between her public persona and this magical, deep thinking & feeling human being who filled out my application form.
She was aware of this fact too. In her actual words, ” I wonder, am I hiding? Why? I make posts via Canva that take a f*ck ton of time when I could just SHOW UP and start speaking!”
Rebecca was desperate to find a way to express herself in a more authentic and unapologetic way. She also wanted her work (publicly and behind the scenes) would actually lead to her making a greater impact and transitioning to full-time self-employment, while maintaining her work from home lifestyle.
How she got there was as important as whether she got there, so she was looking for a specific kind of coach too.
“I loved the idea of Human Design business coaching. I really wanted customized, tailored support from someone who knew that one size will not fit all, and to receive guidance that was best for the unique me.
I wanted to be seen—and coached based on being truly seen. We had our clarity call, and that is the perfect phrase because it felt very clear afterwards that I wanted Kat to be the one seeing me. I can be very shy, and I sensed a recognition from her like, ‘I’m here to truly see you, not force you.'”
The Vision
Rebecca didn’t just want to “make money”; she had a vivid, specific, and energetic vision of what her future could look like. She wasn’t asking for a grind—she was asking for a quantum leap in both impact and lifestyle.
“I was at a pivot in life and facing potential unemployment, dependent on a private contractor job for the majority of my monthly income. I wanted to stand ON MY OWN if I needed to. Unwilling to end my work from home lifestyle, I needed to show myself and my life that I was HERE and willing to take action toward building my personal business.”
Ingredient #1: Cultivating Financial Safety
(The Money Piece) We moved money from a source of anxiety to a source of grounding and stability. By regulating her nervous system around finances and getting practical in terms of what she truly needed to survive (and more), we dissolved the survival-mode fear. This safety created the capacity required for her creativity – and magnetism – to come back online. In fact, before she even started making changes to her public-facing expression, she naturally called in a perfect fit 1:1 client without even trying.

→ Exploring her relationship to money & historical money patterns
→ Creating survival, ideal & aspirational numbers
→ Somatic experiencing to uncover hidden resentments & fears
“So far, I’ve come a long, long way with my relationship to money, my voice, and my value. I feel like I’ve ‘grown up’ a lot as a woman and business owner. I’m excited about taking this inner work and launching creations from this space, rather than creating from confusion, pressure, and fear.”
Ingredient #2: Owning Her Value
(The Empowerment Piece) Without realizing it, being in “employer mode” for so long, Rebecca had lost connection with the value she had to offer which added to the internal narrative that said she was trapped and vulnerable in her position.
Diving deeper into the true impact she’s been making and the people who benefit most from her work, she quickly saw that she was far more valuable than she’d ever acknowledged. This helped shift the relationship she had with her employer, gave her confidence when negotiating contracts, and also motivated her even more to work towards the goal of being 100% self-employed so she could make an even bigger impact.

→ Reviewing client feedback to identify measurable impact
→ Clarifying the value of intellectual property & her role as an educator
→ Compassionate inquiry into how she was really feeling in her current position
“I’m going to be fully self-employed within the next 3 years, and [my contract job] will be a choice I get to make rather than something I’m dependent on. I want to truly be able to support my life and my family through my unique gifts.”
Ingredient #3: Intuitive Resonance
(The Voice Piece) For a long time, Rebecca felt like she was “playing a role” online—trying to be palatable to the masses and hiding behind graphics. Once she got clear on who she was truly passionate about serving, the need to “perform” dissolved. She stopped broadcasting and started expressing.

→ Unpicking the stories she had around how social media is “supposed” to look
→ Removing all the shoulds around posting frequency & format
→ Using her “with clients” authentic persona as the foundation for public expression
“I no longer believe I need to speak to the masses and make myself palatable for all. I’ve honed in on whose ‘ears I’m whispering into’ and my trust that these women will find me and recognize me has deepened.”
Ingredient #4: Attunement Over Agenda
(The Process Piece) While it can be a scary thing to lean into the unknown, I knew that attaching to a rigid roadmap or strategy was the last thing Rebecca needed as someone sensitive and highly intuitive. So instead, we held her vision as our guiding north star while taking things as they came up.
By treating fear and challenges as signals rather than stumbling blocks, we ensured the work went exactly where it needed to go. This allowed us to go deeper and farther, faster, as it revealed to us where she was most ready to expand — whereas if we’d stuck to what we thought she needed back when we first started working together, we could have easily missed the most important areas of growth.

→ Somatic attunement to allow the body to “speak” to what was needed
→ Archetype cards as prompts to guide intuitive insight
→ Grounding into “what’s the most important thing right now” to guide action steps
“Kat will meet you where you truly need her to. Even if you don’t know where that is cognitively, the clarity emerges when you commit to a process with her. There is permission, trust, seeking truth beneath stories… and from there, you will receive what you need to go in the direction you’re meant to.”

By focusing on internal safety first, the external strategy fell into place naturally. Here is what shifted for Rebecca:
→ From Broadcasting to Whispering: She stopped trying to be “palatable to the masses” and honed her messaging to speak directly to her ideal soul-clients.
→ Energetic Sovereignty: She shifted her creation fuel from “panic and pressure” to “excitement and safety,” allowing her to launch new work without burning out.
